Flexible Policy

Revised Cancellation Policy; The 50% confirmation amount shall be returned after cancellation two (2) weeks prior to the arrival date. Transfer costs will be deducted thereof. Cancellations because of Covid related issues within two weeks before arrival only the confirmation amount will be charged but you will never loose you money because this amount can be used for a future reservation.

To ensure the health and safety of our guests we pay extra attention to cleaning and disinfection of our villas. Each villa has its own private pool and separate airconditioning units which are properly maintained. All villas are private and situated within an exclusive gated community, which allows ample space for social distancing. We are always happy to meet you at the villa for a warm welcome however now offer the option for self check-in as well, so our guests can choose whatever they feel most comfortable with.

Reservation Terms

In order to confirm your booking, we require a 50% downpayment.

This payment can be made by a transfer via PayPal, by credit card, bank transfer and more. As soon as we receive the downpayment you will get a confirmation email including all further details.

Remaining Balance

The remaining due balance including $500 refundable damage deposit can be paid upon arrival, when paying via credit card or PayPal we have to add a 5% transferring costs fee. Please ask about the alternatives without a fee. The damage security deposit will be restituted upon departure in case no damage has been inflicted to the villa.

Check-in/check-out Time

Check-in time: 4 pm

Check-out time: 11am

In case you arrive at the villa before 5pm and the villa is still being cleaned, you can always leave your luggage at the premises already.

If you would like to secure an early check-in or late check-out, this is available upon request (price is 50% of the nightly rate).

Check-in Procedure

One month before arrival you will receive an email with the arrival details. In these times we offer you a self check-in this but if you prefer a personal check-in is that also possible. At the villa you will find a manual including the WiFi password and further instructions and information about the villa. During your stay we are available for any questions you might have about the villa.

Rates & Seasons

The minimum stay is 3 nights (during Soul Beach Festival the minimum stay is 5 nights and during High Season 7 nights).

Rates are per night and based on occupancy of four guests, each additional guest is US$25 per night extra.

Children up to 2 years stay free of charge (baby cribs available upon request).

Rates include an electricity allowance (up to US$50 per night)* and exclude US$175 final cleaning and 11% Tourist Tax and Environmental Levy.

* The utilities allowance is more than sufficient when using water and electricity consciously, meaning; keeping doors and windows closed when the AC is on and turning off the AC when leaving the villa.
